Aim: Clear heroic content at a moderate pace appropriate to the skill level and learning curve of the team as a whole, aiming to achieve this before the next tier.

Requirements: Previous raiding experience is required, this doesn't have to be at heroic level, but you must be able to perform at this difficulty. We require a moderate skill level and mid paced learning curve.

Expectations: Players are expected to adhere to the standard guild raiding expectations and the team specific rules below. The team will begin with normal content then move onto heroic. When we have heroic on farm (last boss killed for 4 consecutive weeks) and time permits, we will explore mythic content. At this stage we must be accepting of players limitations as this will be out of many peoples comfort zones. Players are expected to know boss mechanics from the dungeon journal and understand what and how these abilities affect their role.

Raid Format: 10-30 Heroic.

Loot System: Personal/Tier on Master Loot.

Raiding Schedule: Wed 8-10p, Sat 8-11p Server Time.

Attendance Requirement: 65%*

*This excludes last second emergencies and planned absences that officers have been made aware of. A notification of each planned absence must be posted under the ‘Unavailability’ section of the forums. If you are going to be late or unable to attend a raid, please use one of our many media outlets to inform the team leaders. Failure to keep to the attendance requirements will lead to loot restrictions.

For the foreseeable future the team will be implementing oTQ’s loot system which is as follows:

- Main spec > Off spec

- Raiders > Raiders with fewer than 4 weeks on the team

- Off-spec* > Raiders with fewer than 4 weeks on the team

- Raiders with fewer than 4 weeks on the team > Guests

- Guests

*Player Off-specs will be approved by raid leaders for the purpose of having cover in all roles. This will allow raids to go ahead if too many players of a specific role are unable to attend.

Personal loot for all non tier bosses. Master loot for tier, tier will be distributed on a 2pc/4pc, 1pc/3pc basis with TF/mog being last.

Major/BiS Upgrade > Minor Upgrade > Offspec > DE
