Players and/or associated class haven't been allocated:

Aim: Clear normal content at a relaxed pace, appropriate to the skill level and learning curve of the team as a whole.

Requirements: Previous raiding experience is not required, and players should have a basic understanding of their class. We require a basic skill level and we're accepting of players who have slower learning curves.

Expectations: Players are expected to adhere to the standard guild raiding expectations and the team specific rules below. When we have normal on farm (last boss killed for 4 consecutive weeks) and time permits, we may explore heroic content. At this stage we must be accepting of players limitations as this will be out of many peoples comfort zones. Players are not expected to know the boss mechanics as these will be explained by the raid leader. If however, you find it difficult to pick up on tactics, then we recommend you spend additional time reading the dungeon journal and researching online.

Raid Format: 10-30 Normal.

Loot System: Personal/Tier on Master Loot.

Raiding Schedule: Tues 8-10pm, Sat 8-11p Server Time.

Attendance Requirement: 65%*

Team Discussion (Members Only).

Expected Attendance 65% preferred*

*This excludes last second emergencies and planned absences that officers have been made aware of. A notification of each planned absence must be posted under the ‘Unavailability’ section of the forums. If you are going to be late or unable to attend a raid, please use one of our many media outlets to inform the team leaders. Failure to keep to the attendance requirements will lead to loot bans and ultimately removal from the team.

For the foreseeable future the team will be implementing oTQ’s loot system which is as follows:

- Main spec > Off spec

- Raiders > Raider with less than 2 weeks on the team

- Off-spec* > Raider with less than 2 weeks on the team

- Raider with less than 2 weeks on the team > Guests

*Player Off-specs will be approved by raid leaders for the purpose of having cover in all roles. This will allow raids to go ahead if too many players of a specific role are unable to attend.

Personal loot for all non tier bosses. Master loot for tier, tier will be distributed on a 2pc/4pc, 1pc/3pc basis with TF/mog being last.

Major/BiS Upgrade > Minor Upgrade > Offspec > DE

These rules are subject to change and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are up to date with them. Only Admins are able to change these rules and will do so after consultation with team management.
